Almost Home serves young moms between the ages of 16 and 28 with a variety of programs to earn a high school diploma or GED, ensure safety for children, and create stable living environments. Provides safe transitional housing for mom and children, assistance with essential needs for food, clothing and baby supplies, case management and counseling, and academic and life skills classes. Child Center/Marygrove (CCM) provides 24/7 residential services and therapeutic intervention for children, adolescents and young adults ages 6 to 21 who are traumatized due to abuse and neglect.  CCM also offers diagnosis, medical and psychiatric treatment, education and recreation in closely supervised programs for children, teens and young adults. For more information, call 314-367-5500

Children's Advocacy Services of Greater St. Louis (UM-St. Louis) is a university-based, multidisciplinary center that provides high quality trauma-focused services to youth, families and the community. The center's goals are to promote resiliency, physical safety, and emotional stability through comprehensive research, forensic, clinical, educational, and advocacy programming. For more information, call 314-516-6798

Covenant House guides youth between the ages of 16 and 24 from homelessness to hope through services of emergency shelter, on-site supported housing, and a transitional living program, all with the goal of helping youth and young adults develop independent living skills. ECH Every Child’s Hope (formerly Evangelical Children’s Home) offers a state-of-the-art residential program specializing in care for up to 55 youth, ranging in age from 6 to 18. Many of these young people have experienced trauma, abuse, or neglect. Often, they have a history of physical and/or sexual abuse, neglect, aggression, or running away.Most of the children at ECH receive services through the Residential Treatment program on the campus grounds. Epworth Children & Family Services provides essential youth development services to assist children to overcome severe emotional and behavioral challenges. Epworth's innovative, holistic and comprehensive treatment approach helps youth focus on solutions, build on inherent strengths and communicate more effectively. Over 1,900 youth and families turn to Epworth each year for emergency shelter, residential and intensive treatment, family reunification therapy, transitional and independent living programs, special education and a 24-hour help line. Family Forward (merger of Family Resource Center and Children's Home Society of Missouri) serves children, youth and families. Services include trauma assessment and psychological evaluation, therapy, coaching and education, foster care and adoption, therapeutic preschool, as well as care for children with developmental disabilities. For more information, call 314-968-2350

Great Circle provides a wide range of services to children, adolescents, young adults, parents, and families. Services include counseling, residential treatment, alternative education, transitional living for older youth, day treatment, Intensive Out-Patient, Partial Hospital Program, in-home services, parenting support, services related to Autism, crisis shelter for women and their children fleeing domestic or sexual violence, and Child Advocacy Center services for children who have been sexually assaulted or abused. Presbyterian Children's Home and Services offers a variety of services for children, youth, young adult and families. Services vary by location, and include therapeutic mentoring for children, services to help families in crisis stay together, and a transitional living program for older adolescents leaving the foster care system. St. Vincent Home for Children provides main types of services and programming: residential treatment for ages 10 to 19, substance abuse treatment for ages 10 to 19, counseling and transitional living services and programs for older adolescents, and home-based counseling for ages 7 to 19. The Miriam School, is an independent special education program for students in Pre-K through high school with complex learning disabilities.  It offers a caring and nurturing environment serving students who exhibit learning disabilities, attention deficits, speech and language delays and or fine/gross motor delays. Their mission is to encourage all children with learning disabilities to recognize and successfully meet their potential. Youth In Need is a nonprofit child and family services agency, headquartered in St. Charles, MO.
