BJC Behavioral Health provides and coordinates behavioral health services for Missouri citizens in St. Louis, St. Francois, Iron and Washington counties, and specified portions of St. Louis city. Services are provided through private contracts and health plans. This organization serves as a point of entry for people eligible for mental health services funded by the Missouri Department of Mental Health, and also provides services under some health plans and grants. Salam Clinic
Salam Clinics are available in four locations for the uninsured and underinsured. The volunteer staff is comprised of licensed physicians, nurses, medical assistants and support personnel who work together to provide quality medical and psychiatric care. Mental health services are offered at St. Peters UCC Community Resource Center, 1433 Stein Road, Ferguson, MO. Services include diagnosis and treatment of common psychiatric and behavioral health problems for children, adolescents and adults. Counseling services available as staffing permits; referrals to local counseling centers made as needed. The clinic does not provide forensic, custody, or disability evaluations.
